We have gladly supplied Balcarras‘ school leavers ball every year now held at Cheltenham Regency Hotel, just off of the M5 near Cheltenham. It never fails to impress us how well behaved they all are. The boys are gentleman and the girls certainly all ladies. Unlike last year, the weather was cool, wet and windy, when it was warm and balmy, so inside activities were a must. Chocolate Fountain Prom Hires have been a speciality with us for many years, as we provide a number of schools, colleges and universities throughout the county of Gloucestershire and nationwide.

The log fire provided a warm, enticing glow, as it crackled and scented the reception area with the distinct smell of pine. An accompanying set-up adorned the adjoining dining area. We have done many, many events in Gloucestershire, but this special event was close to home. Michela organised a small, cosy, and friendly reception at the Churchdown Community Centre, a great place for local events. We were tucked away conveniently in the corner, but was the corner turned into the main centrepiece for the whole evening.

What a grandiose and lofty building, – Grade A listed and a perfect setting for one of our LARGE chocolate fountain hires for this prestigious, corporate event. With a seating capacity of 1000, the Town Hall would have enough room to accommodate, 250 guests, a live band, a show troupe, photographers and one VERY LARGE chocolate fountain. Pre-Christmas celebration ran late into the early hours of the morning, just in time, to turn it all around for our next event.
